We’ve come up with a blend of eight key ingredients:
1. CBD
CBD (cannabidiol) is perhaps the most well-known cannabinoid in existence — rivaled only by THC. This cannabinoid is non-psychoactive, so no, you’re not going to get high from these gummies. The sole purpose of this formula is to help you doze off for the night.
CBD is the premier relaxing cannabinoid in the cannabis plant. Most of its long list of health benefits stem from this core effect.

2. CBN

We’ve opted for a 1:1 ratio of CBD to CBN. Our R&D team discovered this ratio offers the best balance between relaxation and tranquility without the groggy side effects.
3. L-Theanine
Have you ever wondered why green tea feels so much more relaxing than coffee despite similar levels of caffeine?
The answer is L-theanine — a powerfully relaxing amino acid found only in high-grade, shade-grown tea leaves.
We’ve added 50 mg of L-theanine per gummy. Without caffeine, this compound is powerfully relaxing. The effects of L-theanine are best described as light, clear-headed, and calm. It’s just as useful for improving cognitive function and focus as it is for supporting sleep.
4. Chamomile
The use of chamomile for supporting sleep can be traced back to the ancient Egyptians, who considered the plant sacred. Chamomile was used as a gift to the deity Ra, the ruler of the sun. It was Ra himself that was believed to regulate day and night.
Today, our understanding of chamomile is less esoteric. Active ingredients in the plant, such as the terpenes alpha-bisabolol and derivatives like chamazulene are potent GABAergics. They bind to GABA receptors which act as the brake pedal for the brain.
When GABA is more active, we feel calm and relaxed.
5. 5-HTP
5-HTP stands for 5-hydroxytryptamine — it’s the precursor for both serotonin and melatonin.
While both are important, the latter is the most relevant when it comes to sleep. Melatonin (which we’ve also included in this formula) is the brain’s primary sleep-regulating hormone.
All our 5-HTP is derived from the seeds of a West African plant called Griffonia simplicifolia.
6. Melatonin
Melatonin is the only ingredient in this formula that isn’t derived from plants. It’s a naturally occurring hormone found in all mammals (including humans). It works in direct opposition to the stress hormone cortisol for regulating our sleep cycles.
When melatonin levels are high, cortisol levels are low, and we feel sleepy. When melatonin levels drop, we feel alert and awake.
7. Passionflower
In traditional herbal medicine, passionflower is one of the chief herbs associated with the planet Neptune.
Passionflower contains a series of compounds called harmane alkaloids, which are similar to the alkaloids found in the legendary ayahuasca vine. These alkaloids have the unique ability of blocking the activity of an enzyme in the brain called MAO. This effect gives rise to a wide range of alleged sleep-supportive and neuroprotective benefits.
8. Lemon Balm
Lemon balm is a member of the mint family. Like most mints. Lemon balm contains a high concentration of terpenes and essential oils — including rosmarinic acid, citronellol, geraniol, and beta-caryophyllene.
Traditionally, this herb was favored for its relaxing effect profile. It was used for “nervousness” and “exciteability.”
